Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Services

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has been chosen.

Tracking

Where a tracked shipping service is selected, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.

Our free delivery service is sent via Royal Mail and is available on all orders. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (£8.99)

For customers who need their order quickly, we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day for delivery by 1:00pm on the next working day. Weekend delivery is not included.
